The best way to understand what is unique about the Knowledge Hub is to see some examples. Here is quick taster of our online course manual and an e-Learning simulation. These are two of our key formats for helping you learn. Further below are links to some more sample articles.
The course manuals in our Building section are designed to take you through a step by step process for building your own Business World system.
For example you might start with an Introduction to the web and desktop interfaces, then move on to our How to Build a New Client course. Following this, our How to Build a Core Accounts Accounts Payable Ledger course would be a logical step. There many more courses that build more financial and HR capabilities, and other functionality.
If you are looking to get familiar with the user experience of common tasks, you could follow the materials in our Using section. For example our Basic Navigation in Business World Web e-Learning course gives you an introduction to how the web interface is laid out, how to navigate and how to find and modify data. The quick reference card Web navigation Basics complements this with a handy quick reference card. The e-Learning then builds up your skills in using the web interface and gets into more specific areas. For example, this movie shows you How to Complete a Timesheet in both the web and in the mobile app.
Our Resources section contains other supporting guides. The Attributes and Values article gives an overview of a key concept for Business World that might be unfamiliar, while the video How to Add a Favourites Page in our Hints and Tips section shows you how you can create shortcuts for common functions in the web.
These are just example. To see more, please join the Knowledge Hub.
